Do you want to be a part of dynamic team, servicing various companies across Canada capital market? Are you a diligent and motivated person that enjoys learning new processes and systems? Are you flexible and able to move between multiple processes during the day?
What will the daily work look like?
Our team will cooperate to meet daily goals by:
- Processing account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions received from our customers.
- Responding to clientsâ requests via phone, letters, and emails.
- Working on multiple applications and technological solutions.
- Taking part in team-based activities such as: team meetings, group projects and development initiatives.
- Thinking outside the box to improve and innovative our workflows and tools.

- Are comfortable handling multiple document types, are flexible and willing to try new things.
- Are observant in noticing improvement areas and enjoy perfecting the workflows and tools they use.

- Confident when talking to clients directly and diligent when writing client correspondence.

- Can effectively communicate with members of own functional team in Poznan and other locations.
- Are ready to work from 14:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Friday
