Junior Mobility Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a selected portfolio of mobility clients

  • Advising international clients on Mercer  products and services across EMEA

  • Day-to-day client queries and basic content-related questions

  • Providing one-on-one demo/presentations on mobility platforms for clients

  • Delivering one-on-one trainings on methodology basics for clients

  • Providing sales support to consultants

  • Liaising with internal teams, e.g. Finance, Order Entry, Order Fulfilment to resolve client invoicing and order fulfilment queries

  • Preparation of membership contracts and addenda

  • Making sure clientsâ expectations are met

  • Identifying and bringing forward to management information on ways to improve and streamline process and procedures to increase productivity

 

Our requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a comp & ben and/or customer support environment

  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1), German would be an asset

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, assuming ownership of tasks and taking proactive approach to work

  • Proficient communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively across different levels of the organization (internally and externally)

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Availability for a full-time position
