HR Manager
Location: Warsaw
Working model: Hybrid 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  •  Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance.
  • Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • .Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and values.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR practices are in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and communicate any necessary updates to management and employees.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of5 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
