  • Aktywne prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych w celu znalezienia najlepiej dopasowanych kandydatów na powstające stanowiska pracy.
  • Bliska współpraca z zarządem spółki oraz z managerami w celu świadczenia wsparcia biznesowego, identyfikacji potrzeb kadrowych oraz zapewnienia odpowiednich rozwiązań.
  • Przeprowadzanie procesu onboardingu nowych pracowników, zapewniając im płynne wprowadzenie do struktur firmy oraz jej kultury.
  • Współpraca z firmą zewnętrzną w zakresie poprawności danych kadrowo-płacowych.
  • Identyfikacja potrzeb szkoleniowych pracowników oraz zarządzanie harmonogramem i budżetem szkoleniowym.
  • Zarządzanie benefitami pracowniczymi.
  • Wdrażanie nowych rozwiązań w obszarze HR przyspieszających rozwój spółki.
HR Business Partner|HR Business Partner
  • Minimum 4 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane na kierunkach związanych z zarządzaniem lub pokrewnych.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu rekrutacji na stanowiska inżynierskie, techniczne oraz specjalistyczne.
  • Aktualna znajomość prawa pracy, umożliwiająca skuteczne zarządzanie kwestiami kadrowymi i płacowymi zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami oraz zapewniająca koordynację zagadnień kadrowo-płacowych wykonywanych przez firmę zewnętrzną.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie pozwalającym na swobodną komunikację.
  • Inicjatywa i kreatywność w działaniu.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne oraz zdolność słuchania i budowania relacji biznesowych.
  • Znajomość branży odnawialnych źródeł energii będzie dodatkowym atutem, pozwalającym na szybsze zrozumienie specyfiki działalności firmy i lepsze wsparcie biznesowe.
