Job Description

Role Purpose

You will provide support to HRBPs and business leaders to help solve key HR issues such as talent planning, team structure, and transformation initiatives. Your work will help managers and HR leaders identify and address key HR challenges and ensure that our work is always driving us toward the overall company goals.

Key Accountabilities

Implementing HR strategy. You will implement key HR initiatives and interventions that support the business strategy. You’ll provide data-driven input on strategy effectiveness and ensure the team is on track to deliver against key projects.

Retaining talent. You will drive the implementation of defined retention strategies in partnership with Market HR. You’ll produce reporting and insights to assist HR leaders with measuring impact.

Talent management and development. You’ll help with the organization and execution of Talent Reviews, working directly with the leaders you support and coordinating across the broader function(s) you support. You will also ensure accountability for action plans and help maintain up to date succession plans down to L2 and some L3 roles.

Organizational effectiveness. You will support your respective HR leader in executing against organizational effectiveness strategies such as workforce planning, process changes, workflow changes. You’ll assist with the development of competencies and new role profiles. Additionally, you’ll leverage data to contribute to business cases for location strategy, compensation changes, talent planning etc. You will also develop and maintain tools to track progress against key initiatives and strategic workforce planning (e,g, reduction in force, hiring ahead of the curve, downbanding, out of cycle compensation reviews etc).

Employee relations, labor relations and performance management.  You will help track status and progress against key employee relations interventions. You will ensure we have the appropriate data to support Works Council requirements and help produce metrics to ensure we’re measuring our success against stated performance management goals. You will coordinate with Market HR on implementation of talent initiatives that require employee or labor relations input from local countries.

Culture, values and Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) You will assist HR leaders in the roll out of HR initiatives that support the organization's values, mission, and DE&I goals. You'll assist HRBPs in coaching managers on role modeling DE&I, leveraging data and relevant metrics to drive decisions. You’ll also support the roll out of key global initiatives (eg. engagement survey) at the function or market-facing team level, aligning with Market HR when relevant.

Change management and communication. You will assist with the roll out of key change initiatives and communication campaigns. You’ll partner with internal comms to develop communications. Additionally, you will support your respective HR leader in building change management materials, gathering appropriate stakeholder feedback and executing against plans.

Financial acumen. You will provide your finance business partner and respective HR leader with required inputs to guide building and managing to our operating plan and 3YP. You'll demonstrate an understanding of the financials of the businesses you support.

Skills and Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience. 3-5 years of relevant experience Demonstrated financial acumen Experience implementing HR strategies that are aligned to the organization's overall strategy and goals Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development. Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements. Ability to use high volume of data to inform HR strategy and decision making Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers and employees. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to manage across a diverse workforce, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the organization.
