Currently we are looking for experienced professionals for the position of HR Business Partner, to join our People and Culture Department.

Job title description

acting as strong business partner for Tax Services Department by providing strategic HR consulting aligned with People and Culture strategy
maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
providing performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, succession plans, disciplinary actions)
analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
working closely with other HR functions (C&B, EB, TA)

Requirements

10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a multicultural environment
12+ years of working experience in an HR Department
proficiency in labor law
working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, mobility
ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of laws, guidelines, regulations and policies
very good knowledge of Polish and English (at least level C1)
excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
strong problem solving and analytical skills
