Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internet research based on provided databases, and keywords, and using appropriate methods and tools. The individual will present findings to the committee during weekly client meetings, compile reports, update internal data systems, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all research efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth internet research using specified databases, keywords, tools, and methodologies.
  • Present research results to clients and the committee in weekly sessions.
  • Compile, write, and update research reports in the internal system based on company policy.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel functions (Lookup, Logical, Text Functions, Formatting & Auditing) for data analysis.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration using MS Cloud Products and Services.
  • Proactively communicate issues or concerns to the Team Lead or directly to the client as needed.
  • Maintain high compliance with KPIs, ensuring research accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
  • Uphold excellent language proficiency, analytical thinking, and research skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in French language at least C1 level and English at B2 level
  • Proven experience in conducting internet-based research.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Lookup, Logical and Text Functions, Formatting & Auditing) and MS Office suite.
  • Experience with MS Cloud Products and Services (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to present complex research findings in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in working within research-focused roles.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address client needs.
