Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for the full local administration and reporting of Polish legal entity. Direct cooperation with Finance and Controlling Manager in Poland and contact with the finance team in headquarters and dotted line with Site manager Poland.

International online retailer and producer of textile goods. Due to development of business entity in Poland, company is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant.

Opis stanowiska

  • Posting of invoices and preparation of payments
  • Supervision of the correctness of tax settlements (VAT returns, VAT-ue, CIT , IFT-R)
  • Keeping accounting records and reconciling them with general ledger accounts
  • Participation in month and year closings
  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with the standards of The Accounting Act (Polish)
  • Supervision of the proper circulation and archiving of accounting documentation
  • Cooperation with external institutions

Profil kandydata

  • Relevant experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
  • Higher education in the field (Economics, Finance and Accounting, etc.).
  • Experience in accounting of capital companies, with particular emphasis on knowledge of inventory management
  • Knowledge of deferred tax calculation, withholding tax and fixed asset issues
  • Ability to keep full books of account
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Self-reliance, communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 system will be an asset
