The RTR Senior Accountant/ RTR Accountant will have a chance to take part in a transition, building new Shared Service Center in Wrocław from scratch.
RTR Accountant will be responsible for respective country or number of countries / cluster in EMEA region acting as SPOC for the Finance Directors.

Europe Business Service Center in Wrocław plays a key role in overall company's strategy for profitable growth through supporting the business driving the decisions and effective and efficient processes and controls management.
Description
The RTR Accountant will perform advanced RTR activities related to managing, analyzing, control the books and financial statements, external and internal reporting, audit support and coordination as well as proposing and driving the most effective and efficient ways of work thru process standardization and optimalization.
RTR Accountant will be responsible for respective country or number of countries / cluster in EMEA region acting as SPOC for the Finance Directors.
- Execution of operational activities for assigned BUs/countries and activity cluster within RTR area in particular: MEC, fixed assets management, accounts review analysis, reporting, etc
- Manage / coordinate the support for internal and external audit
- Execution of project activities to successfully ramp-up the newly established hub organization (i.e. enable transition of Finance activity including Knowledge Transfer and process documentation)
- Ensure Accounting principles, group accounting standards, internal controls compliance
- Establish and manage effective business relations with stakeholders, partners and peers
- Partner the BU/country and the Headquarter providing necessary analysis for decisiveness processes
- Strong advocacy and drive the standardized and optimized solutions for RTR processes including improvements and automations across the countries in EMEA
Profile
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in accounting (including GL, RTR)
- Fluent in English and Polish (advanced working proficiency required)
- Comprehensive work experience with execution of GL processes
- Work experience in a Shared Service Finance organization (transformation of processes and tools, project management)
- Advanced proficiency with processing in ERPs (SAP, MS Office skills)
- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus (German, Spanish)
- First level university degree with a focus in economics, finance or management preferred
- Advanced finance degree or accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, chartered accountant) will be a great
