Head of IFDS Change Management Poland, Vice President

Purpose Of Role:

Head of IFDS Change Management holds overall responsibility for the Department in Poland, acting as a client-facing representative, relationship manager, and operating in a complex cross-border/ cross-organization matrix environment. The role should act as an essential partner to our Client, International Financial Data Services Ireland & Luxembourg, enabling wide range of Change Management activities to be efficiently performed on their behalf, and empowering ChM Team to become integral part of the success of the Client. The role will be also responsible for delegated Program and Project Management.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship: build & maintain key partnership with IFDS, while managing all aspects of relationship between IFDS and StateStreet Poland, including oversight reporting and meetings, and ongoing participation in IFDS Europe Change Management ManCo meetings;
  • Performance: ensure highest level of deliverables above & beyond SLA KPIs; drive essential support for key strategic IFDS initiatives;
  • Team Management: manage large number of Individual Contributor Change Management roles in a challenging matrix organization; develop the team in terms of scope and responsibilities, with the view of becoming a center of excellence for key change management activities; Escalation point for issues / challenges arising which involve members of the IFDS Poland Change Management team.
  • Change Management: direct management of Projects/ Programs, with an emphasis on key or sensitive initiatives; driving, participating in or support of wide array of change management activities incl. resource planning, deployment planning, PMO procedures/ policies, pipeline management, vendor management.

Specific Qualifications / Skills:

Core skills

  • Excellent customer-facing communications skills
  • Proven experience of building and managing relationships in complex, challenging, matrix environment
  • Deep understanding of Program/Project Management discipline
  • Proven track record of Change Management experience & delivery â Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Testing, Production Support
  • Certification of proven Change Management skills (PMI PMP/ Prince) would be an advantage
  • Extensive People Management experience with strong skills in developing, coaching, supporting and motivating employees
  • Highly motivated with exceptional integrity
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellence in English language skills
  • Strong MS Office suite skills
  • Good understanding of Transfer Agency business will be strongly beneficial

Level Of Education:

Masterâs Degree in relevant technology, finance or business sciences

Previous Level of Experience:

Min 12 yearsâ experience within Financial Services, including extensive (8+ years) experience in multiple & diverse change management areas and people management roles
