Job Description

As Order Fulfillment Specialist you will join Philipsâ Supply Chain. On daily basis you will have a chance to be crucial part of Supply Chain process at Philips GBS Lodz. Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders, cooperation with Project Managers, Account Managers and other internal stakeholders.

Your role:

  • Managing orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools
  • Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips)
  • Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
  • Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines

You're the right fit if:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport
  • You have very good English level (B2 or higher)
  • You are excellent problem solver and have good organizational skills (time management, work management)
  • You have knowledge of Excel (e.g. data reporting, data analysis, pivots, Vlookup)
  • You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP (would be an advantage)
