The person in this role will take responsibility for excellent service delivery to the EMEA region by successfully leading a large team of accounting and finance experts.

    Job Description

  • Managing a large team within R2R, P2P, O2C and other finance areas , providing leadership and inspiration
Developing a strategic plan for finance operations delivered by the center in the next years and driving it to completionFocusing on efficient service delivery with excellent qualityCultivating a continuous improvement mindset and driving optimisation initiativesManaging relationships with stakeholders in EMEAManaging metrics, reporting, quality, and policy development to improve operations and align with business strategyOptimization of Process through maximization of efficiency, cost reduction and service quality improvementSupporting transition of new services into the centerEnsuring adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures while upholding internal controls to reduce risks

The Successful Applicant

Several years of experience in senior leadership roles in finance operations (SSC and/or BPO)Track record in leading large teams of min. 100+In-depth knowledge of international accounting principles and policies as well as finance business processesFluency in Polish and English, both in writing and speakingProven ability in analytic and strategic thinking, with a proven history of creating and executing effective strategiesExceptional leadership abilities, capable of setting a positive example, inspiring teams, and offering constructive feedbackExcellent communication skills, including ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and with customers/stakeholders
