Job Description

Job title:
In Sales Operations team, you will implement and improve the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services for Health System products.

Your role:

  • Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked.

  • Pro-active collaboration with the account managers, project managers, product managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the supply chain

  • Ensure that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order

  • Pro-actively communicate to customers internal in a clear and customer-centric way

  • Working in Hybrid model and participating in trainings which will support you to gain new experience

You're the right fit if:

  • You have experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain, logistic

  • You know and use Danish and English on C1 level

  • You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills

  • You are a team player and have good communication skill
