Welcome to the IT Continuity Management team.

We add value by:

• Making Service Level Agreements for Applications and Infrastructure parameters to set target failover and restore capabilities
• Maintaining Disaster Recovery Documentation including failover and restore manuals, for the most important Applications and Infrastructure in the Bank
• Planning and driving execution of Data Centre failover tests
• Planning and driving execution of Applications and Infrastructure Restore from backup tests

As the IT Continuity Expert, you will play a valuable role in making sure that key Applications in the bank are prepared to survive crisis or disaster situations and continue to support the Bank.

What you will be doing:

• Review and Update Disaster Recovery documentation for Applications and Infrastructure together with Application and Infrastructure specialists
• Facilitate Service Level Agreements for Applications and Infrastructure together with Business and IT stakeholders
• Plan and Drive Applications and Infrastructure Restore from backup Tests
• Take part to the execution of Data Centre failover tests

The team is currently based in both Gdynia in Poland and in Taastrup in Denmark. The role we are hiring for will be based in Poland in: Warsaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Gdynia.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Continuity/Disaster Recovery
• Deep understanding of IT Continuity terms and rules
• Experience in planning and executing full restore from backup tests (not mandatory)
• Can-do attitude and strong cooperative attitude towards team colleagues
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders on different levels and areas of the organisation
• Fluency in communication in English, in speaking and in writing, on the level that allow to negotiate and agree details with Application and Infrastructure experts
