About the Team:
The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.
What you can look forward to as a Release & Solution Train Engineer
- Check the progress of feature and process teams during PI
- Monitoring Progress of content work
- Coordinating cross project teams
- Ensure that scrum master can support the teams in the right way
- Care for escalations to program management etc.
- Facilitate synchronization meetings for Art Sync, Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning
- Summarize PI objectives
- Planning “Which deliverables are in a PI”
- Facilitating Releases
- Coach management and teams in continuous improvements and agile practices
- Help manage risks and dependencies
- Escalate and track impediments
- Support Demos
Your profile as a Release & Solution Train Engineer
- Master/ Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology/ Computer Science or Project Management
- Professional experience in Agile Project Management
- Experience in PLM-related development projects
- Good Knowledge of PLM processes and systems, especially Windchill PLM
- Good knowledge in Azure Dev Ops
- Good knowledge in English (written and spoken)
