Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the IT industry or a related field.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in Polish and English
