We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Sales Marketplaces team and drive growth in this critical area.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our presence in marketplaces, leveraging your expertise in contract negotiations and partnership development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product range, pricing, and channel strategy, ensuring alignment with our eCommerce strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including marketplace partners and internal teams.
- Drive business growth through data-driven decision making and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of management/leadership experience in a sales or business development role.
- Proven track record of success in managing marketplace activities and driving business growth.
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
- Experience in onboarding marketplaces and optimizing customer experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
