About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural & Design Sales Manager to join our team at Cosentino. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our product awareness, acceptance, and sales to the contract design & commercial segments for both interior and exterior applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, and new property owners.
  • Pursue new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms.
  • Promote Cosentino products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
  • Manage sales development of Cosentino surfacing products, including exterior applications within the core geography.
  • Actively represent and promote Cosentino to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events.
  • Manage own sales budget and maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.
  • Assist with corporate account roll out programs on a regional basis as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ideally a bachelor's degree.
  • Must be local.
