W. R. Grace & Co. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong cooperative technical and commercial relationships with customers through frequent direct contact and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Continue to develop and maintain strong relationships with oil refinery customers
- Provide technical advice and support to customers on the use, properties, and modifications of our value-adding products
- Visit oil refineries to service customer technical needs and provide on-site support during customer trials
- Train customers on the latest product developments and technologies
- Support the sales force in the technical aspects of sales and provide remote support to customers
- Collaborate with the Director of Technical Service and the Marketing and Development team to devise and implement technical and commercial strategies
- Fluency in Russian and English language
- Educational background in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in refinery processes and their inter-relations, refinery economics, and KBC's FCC SIM simulation
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area (approximately 50% of the time)
