Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Technology Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing cross-cutting projects from a technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage cross-cutting projects at Allegro from a technical perspective.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from all Allegro departments, including development teams, sales, purchasing, legal, customer service, marketing, advertising, financial, HR, and other departments.
  • Prepare projects and plan their implementation.
  • Build multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adapt project management approaches and tools to meet project-specific needs while maintaining high-quality work and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on task completion and proactively alert stakeholders, including the Allegro Management Board, to potential risks.
  • Maintain an up-to-date risk register with mitigation plans.
  • Participate in negotiating and contracting with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing IT projects, with knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, IPMA, DSDM, Prince2) and software engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of modern technologies used in e-commerce.
  • Experience in applying agile software development methodologies (SCRUM, Lean, Agile), with a background as a Product Owner.
  • Proven ability to manage projects proactively and responsibly.
  • Motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable information.
  • Highly developed planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Ability to consider multiple perspectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English in everyday work.
