About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Cold End and Internal Logistics team at Rockwool Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects from initial scoping to commissioning and handover, ensuring that budget, scope, and timeline are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with Rockwool Group's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical background, with a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
