Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Technology Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing cross-cutting projects from a technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage cross-cutting projects at Allegro from a technical perspective.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various Allegro departments, including development teams, sales, purchasing, legal, customer service, marketing, advertising, financial, HR, and other departments.
  • Prepare projects and plan their implementation.
  • Build multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adapt project management approaches and tools to suit project specifics while maintaining high-quality work and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on task completion, proactively warning about risks to those commissioning project execution, including the Allegro Management Board.
  • Maintain an up-to-date risk register with mitigation plans.
  • Participate in negotiating and contracting with suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge and experience in managing IT projects (not necessarily as project managers). PMI, IPMA, DSDM, Prince2 certifications are welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of software engineering and modern technologies used in e-commerce.
  • Experience in applying agile software development methodologies (SCRUM, Lean, Agile). Product Owner experience is welcome.
  • Ability to proactively and responsibly manage projects.
  • Motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Ability to turn data into information.
  • Highly developed planning skills, prioritizing tasks, and working under time pressure.
  • Ability to consider different perspectives.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English in everyday work.
