Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects at Allegro from a technical perspective. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT projects and possess certifications such as PMI, IPMA, or DSDM. Key responsibilities include
  • Coordinating and managing cross-cutting projects at Allegro from a technical perspective.
  • Cooperating with stakeholders from all Allegro departments, including development teams, sales, purchasing, legal, customer service, marketing, advertising, financial, HR, and other departments.
  • Preparing projects and planning their implementation.
  • Building multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adapting project management and tools to project specifics while maintaining high-quality work and best project management patterns.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date risk register along with mitigation plans.
  • Participating in negotiating and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have
  • Basics knowledge and experience in managing IT projects (not necessarily as project managers).
  • Knowledge of software engineering and modern technologies used in e-commerce.
  • Basics knowledge and experience in applying agile software development methodologies (SCRUM, Lean, Agile).
  • Experience as a Product Owner is welcome.
  • Ability to proactively and responsibly manage projects.
  • Motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Ability to turn data into information.
  • Developed planning skills, prioritizing tasks, and working under time pressure.
  • Ability to look at things from different perspectives.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English in everyday work.
