Would you like to dig into world of open position? We are now looking for a Service Operations Officer to start his detective journey in the reconciliation services.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Reconciliation team. We add value by taking care of order in accounts related to holdings, corporate shares and many other areas of the bank. We make sure that each item is properly paired, described and assigned to the event, and we also make sure that it has not been left for too long.
As the Service Operations Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in maintaining transparency and order in your accounts, as well as ensuring the quality of the services provided. Without you, cooperation between individual teams would be much more difficult
What you’ll be doing:
- Matching open positions
- Assigning positions based on visible information
- Position investigation, assistance in solving problems related to breaks
- Collaborating with all teams within TCS, as well as contacts with teams outside the department
You’ll join a international team acting as TCS chief detective and a guardian of open breaks. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Graduated at least secondary school
- Professional English skills (spoken and written at least B2 level)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in reconciliation will be an advance
