The Team you will be joining; PMO and Control Hub in Global Finance Center Krakow (Poland), plays an important role in the overall success of the GFC Poland department based in Poland and GAO (Global Accounting Operations) organization from compliance, automation, and project management perspective. Our Team helps to strengthen control environment, manage risk, respond to the various challenges. Moreover, we lead plenty of various projects, programs connected with Finance area. PMO team is involved in new projects implementation and coordinate tasks/queries for Business Unit Head and Management. We are main coordinators of Annual SOP Review, RRD Program, EUDT, SLA review, admin reporting and any other initiatives across functions and departments. We perform analysis around Controls, KPIs and support ad hoc requests. PMO Team represents GFC Poland on CAO Network group and GMAS Development Team where you will be involved in many automationâs initiatives and requests. Our Team cooperates closely with Global Process Owners, Leads, Managers and other departments. You will help us build resilience and execute day to day deliverables at our best. What you will be responsible for
- Coordinate, communicate, manage and explain Finance Programs applicable to GAO/GFC across organization
- Coordinate improvements around processes required in our department by taking part in GMAS Development Group meetings and trainings
- Lead Project in GFC Poland and GAO and deliver sufficient updates and status to management
- Support Business Unit Head and Senior Management in projects and initiatives implementation
- Support Audit Issues timely closure and Reporting
- Monitoring of the SLA & SOP updates and any other metrics applicable in our department
- Share best practices to implement a strong and robust control environment in GAO
- Mitigate risk based on the day-to-day activities within GAO organization
- Organize workshops and coordinate requests along with effective communication to involved parties
- Generate reports, statistics, admin requests and queries related to Finance area
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Finance industry â Accounting, Controls, and Project Management
- Senior Management Reporting and Cooperation experience
- Knowledge about functions across Finance/Corp Function
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office is necessary
- Advanced Language skills: written and verbal in English
- Excellent analytical, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- VBA, Power Query, Power Automate and other automatization technics would be an advantage
- Ability to read and understand policies and obligations to implement them into organization processes
- An ability to adhere to multiple deadlines, with good time management and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- An innovative and structured approach to work, coupled with an ability to continuously identify and implement process improvements
- A willingness to take ownership of problems and an ability to communicate effectively
