Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Mobility Coordinator to join our team in Katowice, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tax settlements, coordinating the transfer of clients' foreign employees, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within our network. You will play a key role in supporting global mobility processes, collaborating with internal clients, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tax settlements for individuals moving across international borders.
  • Manage the transfer processes of clients' foreign employees, focusing on immigration documentation and social insurance.
  • Oversee the flow of documents and information within the Vialto network.
  • Collaborate with internal clients on specific projects, effectively organizing both your work and the team’s efforts.
  • Monitor the progress and timelines of global mobility processes to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare reports for internal clients to provide updates on project status and outcomes.
  • Handle invoicing for services rendered to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality service and support.
  • Support the management and maintenance of databases related to tax documentation.
  • Assist in obtaining and analyzing data from clients to ensure accurate tax reporting.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a shared service environment or similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level in both speaking and writing).
  • Practical experience using MS Excel and Word; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Open to new challenges and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of precision and reliability in task execution.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide insightful reports.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and enhance professional skills continuously.
  • A higher education degree.
  • Knowledge or experience in Global Mobility is advantageous but not essential.
