Up to 70 zł/h (B2B) or 9000 brutto (UoP)

REMOTE WORK

Working as IC & EB Specialist you will be:

  • Developing and executing internal communication and EB strategies and plans to ensure consistent and clear messaging across the company.
  • Creating engaging content for internal communications, including announcements, updates, and employee recognition.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees, managers, and the board.
  • Facilitating open and effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring that messages are tailored appropriately for different audiences.
  • Shaping candidates & employees experience by leading EB and internal comms initiatives with strong focus on AI technology promotion.
  • Supporting the development and communication of ESG initiatives and projects.
  • Highlighting success stories through posts, articles and coworker interviews.
  • Supporting video making, ads, podcasts initiatives and internal webinars.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive image of the company internally and externally.
Requirements

What do we need from you?

  • A creative mind boiling with ideas
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and strategies to upper management and the board.
  • Experience or interest in ESG initiatives and sustainability practices.
  • Great writing skills.
  • Experience in creating graphics and video editing (Canva, Adobe).
  • Previous experience in similar positions in an IT company.
  • Some experience with navigating CMS platforms (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee projects from concept to completion.
  • Be a team player who is passionate about fostering positive company culture
  • English proficiency level - at least C1
