Responsibilities:

Coordinate the local execution of digital marketing activities, including SEA, SEO, Display & Online Video, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Community Management, LinkedIn, etc.Share co-responsibility for managing tesa websites, including the localization process, CMS, PIM, MAM. Animate and keep the site updated, and track results during the transition period.Implement the central social media strategy and enhance it with local insights.Localize HQ master content for internal and external use, with support from local agencies/service providers.Develop digital marketing content for "local business" products, where HQ does not provide a master content package.Actively support iKAMs/RKAMs with developing skills for online store checks, performance analysis, customer meetings, and strategies for e-commerce development.Manage and distribute localized digital content packages that meet customer needs.Drive local retail media activities with our customers.Brief marketing agencies/BUs on the need for support in relation to the delivery of different assets.Take responsibility for managing the centrally assigned digital and campaign budget and report all agency fees.Provide reporting on local media performance.

What you will need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience of min. 3 years in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEA, SEO, display advertising, social media, influencer marketing, etc.Experience in website management and content localization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Polish. Other languages are an advantage.Please note that the successful candidate should be located in Poznan, Poland or willing to relocate there, additionally this role is Contract based.
