Vercom develops global cloud communications platforms (CPaaS) that empower companies to build and grow lasting relationships with their audiences across multiple communication channels: email, SMS, RCS, MMS, web push, mobile push, and instant messages (OTT). Our solutions enable our partners to overcome the complexity of communications by automating and scaling the process while maintaining high deliverability and efficiency – all in a fast, secure, and reliable manner. You can recognize our group from such great services as MailerLite and MessageFlow.

We are currently looking for an expert for the new position as Partnership Manager, who will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of strategic partnerships and enhancing our global presence.

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Project management skills and the ability to work in multiple areas simultaneously
  • Effective communication and business relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles in the technology or communications industry
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving partnership objectives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Knowledge of CPaaS and cloud communication technologies is a plus.
Your tasks will include:
  • Building long-term business relationships with partners based on trust and common goals.
  • Cooperation with marketing, sales departments, etc. to understand the needs of partners and adjust strategies for working with them to achieve the expected business results
  • Identifying valuable partners, analyzing collaboration opportunities, and establishing contacts with them.
  • Managing relationships with partners to ensure they are satisfied with the partnership's performance
