Job Title: Ryanair Customer Support (German Speaker)

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting passengers with travel-related concerns through inbound calls, chat, and emails, including issues regarding baggage, ticket bookings, and flight rescheduling
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German at a communicative level (minimum B2 proficiency)
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems and MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Demonstrated high level of personal culture and customer orientation
  • Strong commitment and motivation to excel in the role
  • Willingness to work from our office location in Katowice
