In the EMEA payroll team, we are responsible for the salaries of our colleagues from 40 countries in EMEA. We serve approximately 6,000 employees in, among others, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Israel, Poland, Sweden, South Africa, Turkey, the UK and the Middle East countries. The primary mission of our department is to ensure that all employees of the EMEA Rockwell region receive correct and timely remuneration in accordance with applicable legal regulations and company policy.

We are looking for a Junior Payroll Specjalist . Our team includes committed and passionate people who are responsible for EMEA countries (some of them in the country's native language), specialize in project management, implementing improvements in the team and analytical work with EXCEL.

Responsibilities:

Collect, maintain, and consolidate payroll data with precision and punctuality. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all records. : Implement controls to verify the accuracy of payroll output from the vendor. Work closely with the internal and external payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery. Facilitate daily communication with HR and Finance to align payroll processes. : Prepare and verify all necessary documentation and reports for authorities and institutions. Regularly update your knowledge of payroll regulations for the required countries. This could involve subscribing to legal updates, attending webinars, or joining professional payroll associations. Monitor and update payroll processes to align with current labor laws and work regulations. : Address and resolve internal clients' inquiries regarding payroll matters efficiently. : Regularly audit and reconcile data across GPMS, WorkDay, SAP, ADP to ensure integrity. Create a protocol for addressing and resolving payroll service issues with the external provider. Encourage team-building activities and regular meetings to strengthen relationships within the payroll team and cross-functional departments.

Required qualifications:

: Master's degree in Finance or a related field. Prior experience in payroll or finance. Experience in a shared services environment is highly valued. Must be adept with Excel. : Advanced level of English (B1/B2) and another European language (Czech, German, Danish, Dutch). Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail. : Capable of working efficiently under time pressure. : Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. Must be flexible and open to change.
