We are on the lookout for adept professionals in international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, as well as global entity management. Additionally, we are assembling teams to manage international funds and bolster TMF Group's internal financial procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data collection for setting up new Client payrolls
  • Process and review parallel and regular runs for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls
  • Review payments
  • Meet deadlines for all assigned client tasks
  • Execute tasks in compliance with company policies and employment legislation regarding payroll
  • Effectively utilize TMF's payroll software
  • Maintain databases, client records, and tracking tools
  • Assist in payroll audits and other necessary tasks
  • Support the processing, payment, reconciliation, and reporting of benefits
  • Stay updated on local payroll and tax legislation changes
  • Participate in payroll-related projects when needed
  • Provide administrative assistance to the payroll team
  • Attend client meetings as necessary
  • Perform any other duties expected for the role

Key requirements

  • IPASS/CIPP or similar qualification, or willingness to pursue the qualification
  • Experience in a high-volume payroll role
  • Thorough knowledge of Paye As You Earn and PRSI/NI
  • Familiarity with Revenue's online service and bank transfer processes
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and statistical reporting
  • Resourcefulness, independence, and adept problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent planning and organizing abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients in a professional manner
