We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an experienced and talented person to join the Customer Support team.

We believe that anything is possible if you have a specific GOAL and the right people by your side, teamwork makes dream work

We'll provide You with all the materials required to become an expert in our product, so don't worry - after onboarding and training, you will become an integral part of our fully-remote German division.

  • you want to work 100% remotely
  • you know German language on C1/ native level MUST
  • you have ability to wear "multiple hats" at the same time
  • your Communication Skills are excellent
  • English Language - B2-C1 - MUST

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming requests via phone and email

Social media community management

Checking order details and sending out order confirmations

Transfering claims and reclamations to the back-office

Handling the order processing and supporting the customer throughout the order cycle
