What the day will look like
- Check information from insurers against system records
- Perform calculations and prepare reports
- Follow procedures and guidelines for the scope of work
- Act as SME for processes and solve issues
- Participate in projects for process improvement and transitions
- Keep process documentation up-to-date
- Attend/lead meetings and cooperate with internal clients
- Implement changes to tools and documents for effective service delivery

Skills and experience that lead to success
- English level: C1
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Communication and teamwork abilities
- Work well under time pressure at month closures
- Prioritize tasks based on volumes
- Willingness to learn and expand finance knowledge
- Previous experience in finance or technical environment would be beneficial
