Every half hour, unfortunately, a stroke patient passes away or suffers irreversible consequences simply because they ended up in the wrong hospital for treatment.

Our goal is crystal clear. We aim to boost the number of patients receiving care at stroke-ready hospitals and to optimize the quality of treatment provided at all existing stroke centers. Building a worldwide network of such facilities, we are dedicated to enhancing the treatment standards for every individual affected by a stroke.

We are on the lookout for a Junior Medical Science Liaison to be based in Poznan, Poland, stepping into a stimulating work environment set in a lively and globally diverse setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase efficiency in managing stroke patients
  • Provide ongoing training and organizational support to hospitals and healthcare professionals
  • Act as an expert Therapeutic Consultant advocating for new diagnostic and treatment standards in hospitals
  • Promote quality monitoring initiatives to maintain consistent hospital performance
  • Expand project outreach to new hospitals
  • Guide multidisciplinary stroke teams towards ongoing enhancements
  • Enhance therapeutic protocols within major hospitals

Required Skills:

  • Outstanding Scientific Background
  • Preferably hold a PhD in Neuroscience
  • Strong motivation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Polish
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Proactive, flexible, and adept at problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
