Gromadzenie, łączenie i publikowanie zgłoszeń zgodne ze standardami technicznymi organów regulacyjnych oraz wymaganiami i harmonogramami GSK.
Na stanowisko juniora szukamy osoby, która będzie odpowiedzialna za:
- Samodzielne dostarczanie złożonych pakietów zgłoszeń, zgodnie z ustalonym harmonogramem i specyfikacją techniczną,
- Doradzanie i pomoc autorom w przypadku bardziej złożonych lub nie rutynowych procedur przygotowywania treści lub zarządzania dokumentami,
- Utrzymywanie wiedzy na temat odpowiednich przepisów organów regulacyjnych i standardów GSK związanych z formatem zgłoszenia,
- Uczestnictwo w tworzeniu i wdrażaniu praktyk i procedur pracy wydawniczej mających na celu uproszczenie procesów i podniesienie jakości.
Dodatkowo na stanowisku specjalisty będą obowiązki takie jak:

• Wiedza na temat zgodności pracy innych z wymaganiami i standardami (Specjalista),

• Procedura przeglądu i zatwierdzania przez zespół ds. składania wniosków,

• Kierowanie tworzeniem i wdrażaniem praktyk i procedur pracy wydawniczej mających na celu uproszczenie procesów i podniesienie jakości.

ENG:

General: Assemble, link, and publish submission packages that meet Regulatory Authority technical standards and GSK requirements and schedules.
For junior position:
- Delivery of complex submission packages independently, to agreed schedule and technical specification,
- Advise and assist authors with more complex or non-routine content preparation or document management procedures,
- Maintain knowledge of relevant Regulatory Authority rules and GSK standards associated with submission format,
- Participate in the creation and implementation of publishing working practices and procedures aimed at simplifying processes and increasing quality.
Additionally, for specialist position:

• Check compliance of others' work with requirements and standards (Specialist),,

• Support submission team review and approval procedures,

• Lead the creation and implementation of publishing working practices and procedures aimed at simplifying processes and increasing quality.oczekujemy

Absolwent studiów w dziedzinie nauk biologicznych lub medycznych, kwalifikacje lub doświadczenie w zakresie spraw regulacyjnych w środowisku opracowywania leków.
Doskonała znajomość obsługi komputera (np. MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF, SharePoint, MS EDGE itp.) i preferowane doświadczenie w korzystaniu ze skomplikowanych narzędzi informatycznych w dużej organizacji.
Orientacja na szczegóły,
Umiejętność starannej pracy pod presją czasu,
Umiejętność pracy w zespole.

Dodatkowo na stanowisku Specjalisty: Udokumentowany poziom doświadczenia w przygotowywaniu elektronicznych wniosków regulacyjnych.

ENG:

Bachelor's degree in biological or healthcare science qualification or experience within Regulatory Affairs in the Drug development environment.
Excellent computer knowledge (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF, SharePoint, MS EDGE, etc.) and preferably experience with the use of complex IT tools in a large organization.
Service orientation,
Ability to work carefully under time constraints,
Good team worker.

Additionally for Specialist position: Demonstrated level of experience of preparing electronic regulatory submissions.
