CSR Specialist

What you'll get to do:

• Design, implement, and evaluate CSR initiatives and events.
• Maintain relationships with schools and student organizations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external volunteering teams.
• Develop and implement communication for CSR activities.
• Inspire and support employees in their CSR initiatives.
• Take care of the donations process (communication and contracts' processing).
• Establish new social partnerships.
• Collaborate with partners and non-governmental organizations.
• Coordinate VML's presence at various CSR events focused on building and creating a socially responsible image.
• Write CSR competition submissions (e.g., The Responsible Business Forum entries, CSR Polityka Leaves, Volunteer of the Year).
• Create CSR tactics together with the EB and HR teams.

What you should have:

• 2-3 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of CSR area.
• Knowledge of non-financial CSR Reporting.
• Effective relationship-building skills and the ability to partner and work cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders (volunteers, and NGO partners).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging and diverse content and effective communication (in Polish and English).
• Ability to plan, predict risks, and implement long-term initiatives to enhance CSR efforts.
• Positive attitude, proactiveness, and the ability to see and take opportunities.
• Creative mindset and the ability to think outside of the box.
• Respect for others' perspectives, styles, and ideas.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Miro.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience/knowledge in employer branding, and communication techniques would be a plus.
