Junior Client Onboarding Specialist remote in Poland

Currently we are looking for a Junior Client Onboarding Specialist to join our Onboarding Team and help us deliver our solutions to customers in a quick and seamless way Interacting with clients worldwide, colleagues who are experts in hospitality and travel-tech and being constantly exposed to our technology will provide you with a great opportunity to become an expert in dealing with a diverse set of stakeholders, develop your hospitality domain experience and tech skills.
Daily activities:
- Be the main point of contact for clients during the lifetime of assigned onboarding projects,
- Perform all onboarding tasks to an exceptional standard for all assigned standard projects, making sure they go live on time,
- Raise any future development requests in the Ideas Bank,
- Ensure the customer has a great onboarding experience,
- Provide accurate reporting on assigned projects,
- Engage with team members to provide support to achieve the company goals.
- Be able to juggle multiple projects at once and adapt according to changing priorities,
- Have previous professional experience from a hotel or software company operating in the hospitality sector, so you understand how hotels operate daily,
- Have a basic understanding of what the onboarding process looks like in a Software as a Service model,
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with fluency in English and Polish,
- Have a guest-centric and international mentality,
- Be comfortable with occasional travelling for team meetings (mainly domestic, no more than a couple of times a year) - while this is a remote role, we enjoy meeting each other from time to time.
- Contract Enhancements: earn between 5300 PLN to 7200 PLN on a B2B contract or between 4400 to 6000 PLN gross for Contract of Employment.
