John Deere Bank in Poznań, Poland is in the process of expanding, and we are on the lookout for individuals interested in the role of:

Customer Onboarding Specialist
Grade 6

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct "Know-Your-Customer" (KYC) verification during the initiation of new business relationships with John Deere Financial customers, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations.
  • Follow up with customers and dealers to obtain necessary KYC documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in the designated systems.
  • Detect and report any suspicious activities related to AML & CTF.
  • Review and evaluate sanctions screening outcomes.
  • Enhance current procedures and develop new ones in collaboration with the John Deere Financial compliance team.
  • Be involved in the digitalization and automation of customer onboarding processes at John Deere Financial.
  • Assist in addressing inquiries, audits, and regulatory assessments.
  • Take on the role of the Money Laundering Reporting Officer ("MLRO") for specific countries.

We are seeking individuals with the following skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in KYC, AML &CF compliance, or audit functions within the financial sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent operational skills to simplify complex processes.
  • Capability to work under pressure within tight timelines while ensuring precision.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of German and/or Spanish is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Law / Compliance / Economics or relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a diverse setting.
