Job Description

The Supply Chain Management Team is responsible for coordination, integration, performance control and analytical support. The goal of the team is to make the supply chain more controllable, efficient, and transparent.

Main responsibilities:

Project Management and Coordination:

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects related to tactical network planning and integration, gather requirements, and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, communicate network plans effectively, and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Emergency Response and Troubleshooting: Develop contingency plans, lead troubleshooting efforts during network outages, and ensure rapid resolution.

Network Planning and Management:

  • Integration Management: Oversee the seamless integration of various network plan components
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize network plan performance, proactively identify and resolve issues, and conduct capacity planning.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct proactive risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies with core stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
  • Monitoring: Implement monitoring tools to assess network performance and provide regular updates on tactical network initiatives.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network project plan, configurations, and changes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs). Preparation of dashboards and reports.
  • Delivering main KPI's results defined for network plan.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration with IT, fulfillment, procurement and inventory, last-mile and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective network solutions. Support the deep-dive investigation and ad-hoc analysis.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Applied Mathematics or similar.
  • 3+ years relevant experience, ideally as a Supply chain Management specialist / SCM project manager.
  • Proven experience with data analyses (intermediate SQL) and ability to see big picture and deep dive into detail.
  • Experience in data visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI, QlikSense) and ability to articulate complex topic.
  • Basic knowledge of Python would be needed
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain modelling, optimization or simulation tools and techniques (Gams, Gurobi, AnyLogic etc) would be great
  • Solid experience in management of complex supply chain.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage stakeholders, including top managers.
  • Problem-solving and result-oriented way of working.
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2), spoken and written.
