The RTR Senior will perform advanced activities related to managing, analyzing, and controlling financial statements, external and internal reporting, and audit support. They will also focus on driving efficient work processes through standardization and optimization.

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide suggestions during SAP S/4 HANA implementation and future automations for the RTR team. The RTR Senior Accountant will act as the main point of contact for Finance Directors of specific countries or clusters in the EMEA region.

  • Execute operational activities for assigned BUs/countries and activity clusters within RTR area, including MEC, fixed assets management, accounts review analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage/support internal and external audits.
  • Execute project activities to ramp-up the newly established hub organization, ensuring knowledge transfer and process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Accounting principles, group accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Establish effective business relations with stakeholders, partners, and peers.
  • Provide necessary analysis for decision-making processes to the BU/country and Headquarter.
  • Advocate standardized and optimized solutions for RTR processes across EMEA countries.

  • Min. 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Comprehensive experience with GL processes within IFRS standards.
  • Practical knowledge of Polish accounting standards is a plus.
  • Proficiency in ERPs (SAP and MS Office), with experience in S/4 HANA.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (advanced working proficiency required), German language skills are advantageous.
  • Advanced finance degree or accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, chartered accountant).
  • Focus on improvements and experience in implementing work automations.
  • Strong team player.
