Senior HR Operations Specialist with German - Wrocław, hybrydowo (2 dni w biurze, 3 dni zdalnie)

Obowiązki:

  • Obsługa HRowa - przyjmowanie zapytań związanych z HR Operations oraz przekazywanie ich do odpowiednich osób, gdy jest to konieczne
  • Zapewnienie terminowego rozwiązywania spraw i monitorowanie ich aż do zakończenia, aby zagwarantować najwyższy poziom doświadczeń klienta, zgodnie z ustalonymi wskaźnikami.
  • Śledzenie i monitorowanie spraw w celu identyfikacji podstawowych przyczyn problemów.
  • Zarządzanie operacjami związanymi z cyklem życia pracownika przy użyciu zaawansowanych systemów HR (Workday, PeopleDoc itp.)
  • Wykorzystanie bazy wiedzy do zapewnienia spójnej i profesjonalnej obsługi klienta.
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie aktualnej dokumentacji procesów oraz aktualizacja bazy wiedzy zgodnie z potrzebami.
  • Pełnienie roli eksperta merytorycznego dla zespołu w kwestiach operacyjnych i skomplikowanych przypadkach.
  • Wsparcie w procesie onboardingu nowych pracowników, wspieranie dzielenia się wiedzą oraz doskonalenie procesów w zespole.
  • Wsparcie projektów przydzielonych przez przełożonego.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w HR Operations, najlepiej w międzynarodowym środowisku
  • Doświadczenie w Shared Services Operations/ BPO będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Zaawansowana znajomość języka niemieckiego i angielskiego
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z systemem Workday oraz ticketing tool, np. Service Now.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z wymaganymi procedurami
  • Doświadczenie w process transition oraz przygotowywaniu dokumentacji procesowej (SOP) będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z niemiecką Worker's Council będzie dodatkowym atutem.
