We're on the lookout for a super organized and detail-oriented team player who is obsessed with delivering top-notch customer service to come aboard as a Senior HR Operations Specialist. In this kick-ass role, you'll be in charge of supporting employees and handling various data management tasks through different channels to ensure top-tier HR services. Your main focus will be keeping employees happy, maintaining precise records, and handling transactions throughout the employee life cycle. You'll also have a crucial role in tracking KPIs and SLAs to make sure we're hitting our operational targets, as well as leading improvements to boost the employee experience and streamline processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary point of contact for employee support, handling inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR matters across the EMEA region. Provide guidance to team members while managing individual tasks and responsibilities as a player/coach. Maintain visual management to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, supporting the People Leader. Enhance employee support processes and knowledge base through feedback analysis and implementing solutions. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows. Develop training programs for the HR Shared Services team to boost their skills and knowledge. Keep accurate employee records and collaborate with HR and payroll teams for timely data processing. Ensure employee records are up-to-date and comply with company policies and regulations. Safeguard the confidentiality of work-related issues and company information. Manage internal and external databases with employee information.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Strong customer service skills, attentive to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth HR knowledge and technical proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and HRIS systems.
  • Proficient in communication and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in English and additional languages preferred.
