HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on customer satisfaction to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing support to employees, managing various data administration tasks, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee support, addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle employee transactions such as changes in employment status and benefits enrollment.
  • Improve employee support processes and knowledge base, collaborating with HR and payroll teams.
  • Ensure confidentiality of work-related issues and company information.
  • Manage internal and external databases with employee information.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting Netherlands employees.
  • 1-2 years HR administration or related role.
  • Knowledge of HR administration processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems for data management.
  • Language capabilities in English, Dutch, and other languages.

This is a hybrid role.
