HR Generalist /HR administration specialist
Location:
Wrocław (In Office)

To strengthen our Human Resources, we are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team in Poland.
Our HR team provides full personnel services inside the company.

As HR Generalist you will be the first point of contact for providing guidance and support to employees and managers in all personal administration related matters.

You will be accountable for personal administration, benefits and social fund for employees in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code.

Working closely with the HRBP and colleagues from Recruiting, Payroll and L&D you will optimize existing processes and get involved in HR projects.

You'll share responsibility for the implementation of HR goals and projects in the EMEA region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support broad range of human resource activities, including employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, on and off boarding.
  • Own end to end all employment transactions, administrative requests, including but not limited to creating contracts, amendments, certificates, reference letters, regulations, compensation change, transferring, promoting etc.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on daily HR queries and escalates to appropriate contact person.
  • Assists in development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team with the roll-out of different HR projects
  • Assists, prepares, and reviews HR reports to HRBP, Leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Support in ensuring proper communication between HR - Managers - Employees.
  • You will be working closely with the TA team to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates and support with volume recruitment of employees.
  • Develop, maintain and update paper and digital employees' files. Your will make sure that all filing systems are appropriate and all employment requirements are met
  • Supports HRBP with all activities to the integration of new acquisitions.
  • Liaises with other departments or functions (payroll, recruitment etc.)
  • Prepare data for Payroll provider and review payroll outcome
  • Support employees in counting daily allowances for business trip
  • Support and advise on hiring foreigners
  • Keeping records of the Social Fund and
  • Conducting matters related to the operation of the Social Fund
  • Supporting the HR & Managers, in identifying development needs, organizing training and ensuring a positive Employee Experience in day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have the following Competencies:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role as well as specialist knowledge in labor law, payroll tax and social security law
  • Hands- on mentality with independent work and ability to take initiative, driving continuous improvement and automating processes.
  • Great organization & time management skills
  • Resilient team player, motivated and committed personality with a high degree of reliability, trustworthiness and diligence
  • Ability to assess and anticipate HR-related needs and to interact proactively
  • Ability to resolve problems, and identify systemic issues with an eye for detail
  • Analytical skills and the ability to collect, analyze, visualize and interpret HR data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, initiative in action, and employee-centric approach
  • Customer care orientation - providing excellent service to employees by addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner;
  • Eager to learn and develop - staying updated on HR trends and regulations demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Maturity, discretion, responsibility and methodical approach to assigned tasks
  • Readiness for change-we work in a dynamically changing environment
  • Proficient in English (C1) & in Polish (C2)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience and interest in HR technologies and tools, Oracle HCM will be an advantage.
