We are looking for an incredibly organized individual who is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service to join us as an HR Operations Specialist. Your main responsibilities will include providing support to employees, managing various data administration tasks, and ensuring exceptional HR services are provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee support, addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll across the EMEA region.
  • Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date, including personal information and payroll inputs.
  • Process employee transactions such as changes in employment status, benefits enrollment, and time-off requests.
  • Enhance employee support processes and knowledge base through feedback analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of employee data.
  • Maintain employee records and confidentiality of work-related issues.
  • Update internal and external databases with employee information.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Strong customer service, attention to detail, HR knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills, discretion, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Experience supporting the Middle East region.
  • 1-2 years of HR administration or related role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) and strong communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in English; additional language capabilities preferred.
