Document & Content Management Expert (SAP, Veeva, OpenText)

Your team:


As a Roche Informatics member you will participate in delivering the business requirements in the Document Management Area, working on design and integration of the systems with other external applications according to the best practices and standards.


The opportunity:

  • Ensure the solution fits to the Roche business requirements and the end to end technical operations processes including systems, interfaces and platforms
  • Collaborate with the program and business teams to ensure continuous business and IT alignment among different ARTs (Agile Release Trains)
  • Collaborate with functional and IT teams working closely with Document Management, especially IT Architecture, Master Data, Procurement, Finance, Asset Management, Quality etc.
  • Work closely with PMO to ensure effective project governance, management and timely reporting of progress on activities and work packages according to the program plan and milestones
  • Write and review functional specifications and configuration guides for solutions in DMS area
  • Work closely with the Technical Team to help them in creating innovative solutions

Who you are:

  • Understanding of the software development methodology and concepts.
  • 3+ years of handson experience in the area of Document Management Systems using solutions from one of the following providers: SAP, Veeva, OpenText.
  • Preferred IT technical experience from the GxP Industry (experience with the system validation process, including documentation and testing of validated systems).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in large multinational enterprise as well as experience in delivering products in agile environment
  • Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business and provider relationships.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of integration architecture concepts and patterns, including Sync/Async, Event Driven Architecture etc.
