udzielanie porad prawnych w ramach spraw dotyczących grupy spółek z kapitałem zagranicznym współpraca z podmiotami zagranicznymi/obsługa prawna podmiotów zagranicznych w ramach korporacji sporządzanie analiz prawnych dotyczących działalności spółek przygotowywanie, opiniowanie we współpracy z poszczególnymi działami spółek dokumentacji wewnętrznej koordynowanie/nadzór współpracy w zakresie spraw organizacyjnych i prawnych kontrola realizacji uchwał organów spółki i zarządzeń kierownictwa spółek w różnych jurysdykcjach negocjowanie i opiniowanie umów handlowych oraz innych dokumentów prawnych z uwzględnieniem specyfiki prawnej danej jurysdykcji krajowej zarządzanie ryzykiem prawnym związanym z działalnością zagraniczną spółki, w tym identyfikacja potencjalnych zagrożeń i opracowywanie strategii minimalizacji ryzyka zspółpraca z lokalnymi kancelariami prawnymi oraz koordynacja działań prawnych w różnych jurysdykcjach krajowychNasze wymagania
