As a Senior SEM Specialist, you will join our dynamic digital marketing team, where your role will be crucial in creating and executing effective search engine marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of SEM activities, from strategy planning to campaign creation, management, and optimization on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others. You will work to increase our clients' visibility in search results, improving both the quantity and quality of traffic to their websites.

We are looking for an experienced individual with extensive knowledge and documented success in SEM. Your experience should include managing large advertising budgets, data analysis, and using analytical tools to monitor and report campaign results. You will be responsible for continuously seeking new opportunities and trends in SEM to provide innovative and effective solutions.

You’re a perfect match for the role, if:
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in planning and running Google Ads campaigns (Performance Max, Search Network, Display Network, Shopping campaigns, Video campaigns)
  • You have advanced knowledge of advertising campaign management tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager
  • You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
  • You are proficient in Excel
  • You are familiar with A/B testing tools and methodologies
  • You can forecast and plan budgets, select appropriate channels, and estimate potential campaign results
  • You understand the marketing funnel concept and the processes and strategies involved in guiding users through its stages, from acquisition to conversion and retention
  • You have up-to-date knowledge of SEM, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing
  • You have the ability to challenge the status quo and the courage to disrupt it
  • You demonstrate a high level of independence and the ability to make decisions using persuasive arguments
  • Your English proficiency is at least B2 level, both spoken and written
  • You can work in a team and have excellent communication skills
  • You are engaged, proactive, and eager for continuous development
  • You have a creative approach to problem-solving – consciously continuing actions that work and eliminating those that do not deliver business results
Your responsibilities:
  • Planning, creating, and managing SEM campaigns (Google, Bing Ads)
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting campaign results based on KPI metrics
  • Conducting A/B tests for continuous campaign optimization and performance improvement
  • Managing advertising budgets and maximizing ad spend efficiency
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, commercial, creative, analytics, product, and other teams to ensure consistency in actions and implement innovative solutions
  • Participating in strategic planning of SEM activities and adapting strategies to changing market conditions
  • Keeping up with the latest trends and changes in the industry and implementing best practices
  • Supporting product development by working with technical teams to implement innovative solutions and proactively informing the product team about necessary changes resulting from, for example, changes in advertising policies
