We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our product team working within the Atlassian ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for a suite of applications used by renowned business and software teams, including Netflix, Disney, and Rolex, to enhance the efficiency and transparency of their work. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with the Head of Product on long-term product strategies, engage with UX and Customer Care specialists, and interact directly with customers to understand their needs and the business value of the products. You will also work closely with two engineering teams to comprehend technical constraints and limitations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing work for the development teams to maximize delivered value
- Preparing and refining tasks in the product backlog with the team
- Processing data from various sources into actionable product requirements
- Staying informed about market trends and competition
- Clarifying work and expectations during sprints, and renegotiating scope if necessary
- Establishing and clearly communicating product goals
- Building and maintaining the product roadmap
- Monitoring changes in the Atlassian ecosystem that may require action
- Contributing to decisions on starting or discontinuing initiatives and adjusting investments

Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
